A quick note about comments

I haven't been responding to comments for a week or so. You may think that I am not reading them. I want you to know that not only am I reading them, I am re-reading them, and I have assembled two checklist/action plans for 1.practical issues that must be addresses and 2. coping strategies and sanity preserving observations drawn almost entirely from your comments, your suggestions, and your support.
