Somehow, that one person who sees their harmful patterns and owns them and changes their life seems to make a far bigger impact than someone who's always done things right.

I confess, I do like those stories. They remind me that my baggage can get sorted through and dealt with.

I think it's because this is a heroic transformation that requires courage, perseverance and integrity.

And those qualities, in and of themselves, are inspiring to us.

This is something else of great power that the courageously transformed have to offer.
