Just finished your book this morning. I'm going to write up my review soon (might even do it tonight). Loved the book and I think it did raise good issues for administrators to think about. Particularly in the area of disease management of underserved populations. An area where administrators are hoping to find savings as they move forward with health reform, ACO status and disease management programs.
