Hello Live Journal!
Jun. 26th, 2004 11:44 pmCat and Liam have worked with me to create a live journal and I am really excited about it. It's a very new and different kind of thing for me, but it's a wonderful new development. They made me an avatar and downloaded a photo, too. Cool!
I think I'll write about FSG and our collaborative plans to start a study group in Takoma Park later. Cat and I have also been brewing much delicious mischief. I have really missed the way we incite each other into sneaky, out there behavior. We have plans to take a distance learning course in natural perfumery and we have spent $$$ on rare and expensive essential oils. Oooooo, very bad...

Date: 2004-06-27 11:43 pm (UTC)A ridge of high pressure over the Purgatory Valley will be bringing unseasonably cold and blustery conditions to Hell today. Expect lows to be in the teens with wind chill factors making if feel like single digit temperatures.
An early morning mixture of snow and freezing rain in the 7th and lower 6th levels of hell could make for icy road-to-damnation conditions so allow extra time for your morning commute.

Date: 2004-07-01 10:21 am (UTC)Speaking of parfum...
Date: 2004-06-28 09:11 am (UTC)I LOVE the powder
(I'd like it better as an oil, as I'm not much of a powder guy, but it smells so good I've been wearing it. I suppose I could just play with the blends since I know what oils are in it, but hey, maybe you'll just tell me. >:-)
Glad to see you here!

Date: 2004-06-29 09:09 am (UTC)I'm glad you got some of the goodies. I have a few things left over. Is there anything else you want/ I LOVE that oakmoss blend, too. I'll email you the recipe this evening; I think I kept it.
I'm not really quitting production, so there will be plenty more coming your way as time winds on. But I've decided I don't want to direct selling, at least not at FSG. I'm still gonna set up an answering machine on the second phone line for all the newly emerging projects that are on the horizon. Somerset Apothecary will doubtless be one of them, but in what form, I do not yet know.
You can have any recipes you want, silly, no matter what I decide to with this project, and lots of samples too!
