The thing I like most about this guy is that he is deeply committed to programming himself.

I don't like to let other people program me. Like many humans, I'm pretty easy to condition, and in the absence of a strong commitment to self-programming, this can be a problem. Inevitably, when I give away more than a little of my power, I come to regret it.

The older I get, the more I believe that the source of wisdom isn't "out there"---it's in here, and when I take the time and effort to align myself, open up, and connect to the [tao, universe, god/s, insert your choice of noun here] myself, I can get a pretty good fix on what my next set of actions should be. Sometimes the voice says "let yourself drift," and sometimes it says, "move over here". Either way, the advice is usually good.

I do need to practice listening to it.

I don't care *how* we as individuals choose to program ourselves: I just think we should do more of it.

I realized that my last programming attempt was the Dream Board I put together for 2009. I took the time to update it and plan to post copies of my 2012 Dream Board at work and several places at home. Interestingly, I've made at least SOME progress on that board, and there were some things on that board that I realized can be considered fulfilled goals. Kind of cool!

Beautiful! Pushing yourself forward with visual images is a great tool.

Isn't it cool to look at some of the images and say,"I did that!"

I have one above my bed I made several Imbolcs ago. It is half accomplished, and there's still more to go. I probably have the photo of it somewhere...I'll show you when you are here in February.

I need to update my small office vision/dream board, too---looking at it, I see that it's half completed. I've published the book and the Residency RAP article. Interestingly, I'm working on the training goal and analyzing the data for the transformations article...

Wow, thank you for bringing this up! I didn't realize what was happening until now.

Cool.

Hmmm...I tend to do these at Imbolc. I don't know why. I guess it's that whole "in the belly" thing. Wanna make new ones/update old ones when you are here?

I got lots of useful, pretty stuff...

I notice yours every time I visit. This is an idea that I shamelessly stole from you.

I'm actually waiting for a friend to email one last picture to finish mine for this year. I do mine on the computer using scrapbook software because that works so well for me.

I'll probably post it online once I'm satisfied with it. I would love to keep you company while you work on yours Imbolc weekend though!
