Today I will have fun

And I have begun by waking Peggy and poking her repeatedly to get dressed and go exercise with me. We've also watched the "Only Gay Eskimo" video and, bonus, found this most excellent and exciting maniacal dance video which makes me want to go contra dancing and step all over everyone else's feet, which, if you do it with a joyful smile, is totally and completely permissible.

Imagine: Our ancestors did that in high heels, A-line skirts with petticoats, french knickers, stockings and suspenders, and girdles. Well, about half of them did, anyway.

I don't have a lot in the way of coordination, so this is way out of my league, even just in clothes that allow free movement. I guess our ancestors had mad skilz.

BUT, I discovered long ago that of you throw yourself into the fray and genuinely enjoy the whole process, people are very kind when you mess up. So it works out. : )
