So it's not even 5 am and I am lying in bed worrying. This is just stupid. I can lie here and worry, or I can get up and go to the gym, which is my form of Prozac. This is not a difficult decision, but I'm not wanting to get out of my warm bed. That's it---getting up!

If you add the right soundtrack to the experience, it's actually trance-inducing, at least for me, and I can slip in whatever directions I want myself to take as I alter my consciousness.
I don't know if this would work for you, but I know you and I share a little bit of the anxiety thing.
I wonder if this might help. I have the advantage of being easily programmable and susceptible to all kinds of imprinting, so it's pretty easy for my to program myself.
I don't know how susceptible you are, though.

Date: 2011-12-06 04:32 pm (UTC)This all means, though, that gym time only happens when I have planned for it. Rhythmic sound that goes with the rhythmic repetitive movement does help get me into a trance mode.
