Cool! I will be depending on my friends to show me the ropes of dancing fun. The truth is that I have had so little fun in the past...many, many...years that I could use a little push and a little advice about how to relax and enjoy myself. I've always loved dancing, so getting back into the swing of it shouldn't be too hard.
Shannon and Cat have already conspired to help introduce me to some local clubs and I'm hopeful that after a few more weeks of rest I'll be ready to play!
Budget? What's a budget??? If I had to budget clothes shopping I'd never get anything new! (Not that I go shopping that often.)
Seriously, time to loosen up a little bit. Realize YOU ARE WORTH IT! Splurge on something for yourself. I don't care if you just ferret away $100 that you can spend on you, DO IT! You will feel so decidant and spoiled afterwards, it's worth 10x's the investment you put into the new clothes. Trust me, I'm a couple months ahead of you on this one. :-)
I fully intend to do so! Shopping will happen! : )
But I've always wanted to be fiscally responsible and a little bit financially conservative, and now I have the chance to try it. I want to institute a budget and cultivate wise money habits. Oddly enough, I find that prospect exciting.
I'm even looking forward to watching my Suze Orman video and reading her latest book. (laughing)
I have the capacity to be amused and delighted by the most mundane things. : )
