OK, one last entry---fitness stuff
Jan. 24th, 2005 07:40 amI managed to get up at 6:30 this morning and get my dose of sunlamp in while I read LJ. Now I'm going to go do legs and back with a little bit of cardio before work. I think I was able to drag myself up early this morning because I rested a great deal this weekend and did all my chores yesterday/last night, so everything is tidy. I just hate it when things aren't tidy, especially in my room. It grates on me and causes me to want to pick up, which cuts into my working out time.
Anyway, off to squats, lunges and various back exercises!
