It's just so easy to drift off in the car. I swear it's hard, really hard, to stay focused and grounded and practical because the flow of the pavement underneath is so conducive to opening up. Such a lovely visual cue...
So, not so much the knocking, more the drifting that allows whatever wants to unfold, to just unfold...
