This morning I've found myself feeling a little down. That happens sometimes. Amazingly, I am not always happy. Occasionally I get discouraged and my internal negativity tapes play a little louder than usual. Some of that is going on today.
What helps: remembering my many, many tools for this. Hitting the exercise hard, but not so hard that I pull or break something. Listening to my fears and speaking them to someone I trust. Allowing them to be and simply accepting them until they shift and change---always, if I do not grasp at them, they will become something else.
And of course, redirecting myself towards the many good things and people in my life: I am very fortunate, and since you get more of what you focus on, I think I'll focus on that.
