It's not even 10:00 am and someone I love called me on my shit today. At the time I was behaving badly. Because he called me on my habitual patterns, I had the opportunity to rethink and change my response. For this, I am grateful.

If you look at my FB from yesterday, that was *some* of what I ran into. The odd thing was I totally forgot something, and that's what lead to my poor decision. NOT my bad reaction, but my initial bad decision. Feeling closer though because of it.

Even if I don't act like I appreciate it in the moment, I almost always come to feel closer and more appreciative of a friend or partner who does this for me, too.
