Whew! Workapalooza!

Yesterday and today I worked more hours than I think there *were* hours, then did two Skype calls, then cleaned the kitchen, cooked, tidied and cleaned again.

Whew!

But it was all possible because of some lovely downtime I had with the lovely Miss Stephanie on July 4th. She took me to see the Macy's fireworks show off of Manhattan, and that was a wonderful, rejuvenating experience.

Now to create a balanced, positive week after a good night's sleep.

You go woman! Use this time to reset and recenter. I am doing the same myself, with a lot less working involved. Today involved waking at 5:45, meditating on the beach, ago on the beach, healthy food, and time spent with mom. Wish you were here in person, but you are still here in my heart.
