Her work is both clever and funny, and it skillfully intertwines elements of real-life Craft and community with fantasy. Around here a new story is cause for celebration. This one was inspired by a 'haunted cabinet' our group of friends found listed on Ebay. Here's a description from the author herself:

"So, what's the story about? A ghost tour operator gets a haunted cabinet for a birthday present, and next thing he knows, all his ghosts are unionizing on the eve of the Halloween tourist season. For fans of the Rugosa Coven stories, there are some cameo appearances, but this piece is completely freestanding, with far more humor than horror. Enjoy!"

The zombies are pretty cool, too. I forwarded that one to a friend who works at the Rutgers Continuing Ed office and has a job pretty similar to that of the guy who wrote the zombie disaster plan.
