I haven't been posting as much (computer problems at home) but I've been doing well, considering the workload from Hel.

I've gotten in about 2x cardio + weights perweek and about 2x cardio-only.

This weekend I did a looooong legs, abs, back and biceps workout and I really feel it today.

When I get home, I'll either do the WaterRower alone or a WaterRower + upper body weight work out.

Eating has been trickier, cause stress and overeating just go hand-in-hand. However, I've been doing a fair amount of harm reduction---eating too much of healthier foods (sushi, mussels, fat-reduced cheese) instead of eating too much of fatty foods).

I seem to be holding on OK.

In other good news, I can get into my short skirts again, for the first time in a couple of years. I'm so happy that I'm wearing mostly skirts at the FG.

I'm so happy about the FG that my clothes, toiletries and Craft items are already packed.

Hey Minnesota folks, let me know if I should bring extra bundling-up clothes. The weather report said it would be nice, but I'd like opinions from those of you who actually live there.

We seem to have gotten some chilly fall weather. I would be sure to bring some warm items as well.

DO NOT bring only skirts, at least not without some leggings. Days may be perfectly nice but evenings could be fair, or could easily dip down near freezing.

Yay for weight loss, though. :-)
