Sometime between mid and late summer, expect to come over for dinner and talk about all this. We figure - 6 weeks to final (on the outside) and 90 days to payment. Immediately pay off credit cards and loans and get the new bike. Then we need to sit down and talk about savings / investing / how to manage money.

I still can't believe there's an end in sight!
