A very unusual, but pretty, name. Is that Zalea pronounced like Azalea, without the first 'A'?

Thank you! Zalea is indeed pronounced like Azalea without the first "A."

My lifepartner and most of her father's family side pronounces her name "Fy-Seck." That's very different from the native Bohemian pronunciation followed by a few old timers in Western North Dakota. They still pronounce it "Fizz-Ick."
