Once, a quiz nailed me for having a short attention span. I protested that this was not true: after all, I could name a handful of very long-term projects. But then
ingridsummers pointed out to me that having too many projects was a way of never having to focus for too long on any one project...leading to alot of dysfunctional stuff and very, very lengthy times for project completion.
I can't tell you how often I've thought of that wise assessment.
But beginning to see something does not necessarily tell you how to stop it. At 42, there are still many things for me to learn and much growth waiting to be embraced. Clearly, there is much for me to grasp, integrate and understand here.
