Let's rendezvous for laughter, food and footrubs, or some good combination of things.
I think we'll be taking our own food supplies and eating most meals cabinside, so perhaps this can be arranged more easily than not. We may eat a few meals at the canteen, but probably, meals will be good times to chill and spend time relaxing with friends.
I'll probably fall back on the meal plan because it's easy. I don't think our cabin has any sort of meals planned and it's just too exhausting to do meals for just myself. I'll be fairly flexible, though, because that's my M.O. at Beltaine.
I can't wait!!
What do you have in mind for your workshop? I may want to schedule at least one.
I want to do something with intimacy, energetic sexual connection and pleasure, and focus on the nurturance of love.
I want to do something new.
It will have to be experiential, and include touch and exploration of the auric fields/skin of others. It must be sensual, but focus on accessing deeper levels of sexual/intimate sustence aside from those generated simply by surface pleasure responses.
It may incorprate some of my ideas about sexuality that emerged yesterday, from exploring what S and D and M and I have been learning lately. It will sit on the shoulders of the work that dave Schnarch and Ruth Moorehouse have done on sexuality and intimacy.
I need to write/think and let it emerge from my pen/mind/heart.
Also, I have committed to NOT doing any public workshops at FSG-June. Instead, I will: 1.) spend time in the lounge chairs outside of the B* cabin relaxing and visiting with friends 2.) Go to other people's workshops 3.) Do any teaching/classes/work only with B* people and friends who come hang out in a relaxed, spontaneous kind of way. Yay!
I will put in a workshop for Beltaine, though, specifying that they don't run at the same time that Nan's workshop(s) do.
Oh, this is way cool! Maybe it's time for you to sit back and enjoy, relax, be at ease. I can't wait to go to both events---I feel like I'm starting something fresh and new all over agian. I love festivals!
Nope, actually that was Imbolc. Beltaine is a moving holiday as i understand it, set to the flowering of trees, plants, but generally attached to May 1st these days.

Date: 2006-02-16 08:54 pm (UTC)It's OK; we all do stuff like this. I got lost for an HOUR and a HALF today driving to a place I've been to THREE times already.
Some days you just get fuzzy.
