Accurate, but the author has misspelled "Stripper".

Your Stipper Song Is

Closer by Nine Inch Nails

"You let me violate you, you let me desecrate you
You let me penetrate you, you let me complicate you
Help me I broke apart my insides, help me Ive got no
Soul to tell"

When you dance, it's a little scary - and a lot sexy.

you let me violate you. you let me desecrate you
you let me penetrate you. you let me complicate you
help me, i broke apart my insides. help me, i've got no soul to sell
help me, the only thing that works for me. help me get away from myself

I want to fuck you like an animal
I want to feel you from the inside
I want to fuck you like an animal
my whole existence is flawed
you get me closer to god

you can have my isolation. you can have the hate that it brings
you can have my absence of faith. you can have my everything
help me, you tear down my reason. help me, it's your sex i can smell
help me, you make me perfect. help me become somebody else

I want to fuck you like an animal
I want to feel you from the inside
I want to fuck you like an animal
my whole existence is flawed
you get me closer to god

through every forest, above the trees
within my stomach. scraped off my knees
i drink the honey inside your hive
you are the reason i stay alive

That would be wonderful to hear!

I was played a CD called "Lounge Against the Machine" this year, in which someone covered a bunch of metal, hard-edged/violent songs in a relaxed, lounge lizard kind of style, including "Rape Me".

It was just, wow. So wrong, so very wrong, and utterly wonderful.

I have to ask Michael who did that CD.

i love nirvana but i can't listen to that song at all.

that stripper music test was a bust for me, however i was pleased to select 'pirate costume' as my stripper costume, because i do have pirate lingerie.

yes i'll get naked, but how about some Tori amos or Kate Bush? becauz white zombie kills my libido like roundup kills flowers.

ps scottie b. from NC says the blood red camellias you enjoyed so much are in full bloom right now.

Didn't Tori do a cover of Closer? I think I have that somewhere on a CD single.

You know, I seem to have a memory of me and a pole and a floorshow on stage that went very nicely with that song back when I *was* a stripper. When I get home I've got to remember to take this test (since I can't get to it from work) and see what they think my song should be. I'm sure to get a good laugh out of it.

So what does it say that you were compelled to take the quiz, THEN critique the spelling :)

Personally I think it's a dandy hymn, but would be a major trauma to dance to it.

Naw, it's very expressive and useful for calling out that which is within. Powerful things that stay within and do not come out create major trauma, at least for me.

Bringing them out productively is both useful and transformative, at least for me.

I find that the powerful things that *don't* stay locked away just tend to be counter-productive, since they scare the crap out of other people. OTOH, on me *enthusiasm* looks scary - you can imagine what true PASSION comes out.

I still think it would be hard to dance to :)

Variety and diversity among friends is what makes life good. I am glad to count you among them, once again, especially because of the differences in perspective and humor that you bring to me via LJ.

I'm always glad to help. I agree about the diversity and variety thing -- if people were all alike, it would get dull. I just have a hard time convincing folks that I don't actually mind if they disagree with me on things -- for that very reason.

The trick, I'm told, to my sense of humor is to just assume I'm joking, unless I say I'm not (or it's on a topic I'm truly passionate about in which case it's obvious). You may recall that for me humor and seriousness are SO close together on the spectrum, I tend to just blur them together anyway.
