really tired, but not unhappy

I'm really beat. Ken and Christian (an Argentinian friend from his Iceland trip) are going into the City today, but I am just too tired to even think about it.
This week has been pretty amazing. After I finished the diss, I immediately dug out the room that I had been working in so that first Christian, then my mom and dad, (who arrive at 2 am Monday morning) could stay in it. We whipped the house into shape a couple of days ago and I started digging out my office this week, too.
Many things piled up and were ignored while I pushed through the diss these last few months.
I still have to box up my diss-related data and clean out 2 closets, just so that I can get all the stuff that needs to be store back into them.
The garden is producing like mad, but was devastated by fungus over the past three weeks, and the tomatoes---once so green, towering and proud---look like hell. But they are covered with fruit! I have to figure out whether to take one or more of them down and hang the branches to ripen somewhere off of the trees.
I also have to trim bushes, tie up roses and generally do alot of garden stuff.
So there's a million things to do before mom and dad arrive. But I'm just...tired.
I'll stay home today and do a little bit if I can, then maybe more tomorrow.
Good news: all my committee members confirmed the receipt of my dissertation.
