sabrinamariAlong the lines of the recently circulated "list attractive" meme, KRKHST created a more spiritual meme for herself, and hopefully her friends list...
List 10 things in a day that give you a moment of joy, and tag five of your friends:
1. The scent of Michael's skin and breath blending into the feel of him
2. incense curling up from my SW shrine
3. looking around at my clean apartment (when this happens...)
4. finishing a day of field notes and posting them
5. the delerious rush of any kind of intense exercise
6. walking outside in the cool of the evening, under the stars and moon
7. the soothing and safe feeling of being curled up and sleepy in a warm, soft bed with plush blankies
8. sinking into a warm tub of bathwater, especially if it is scented
9. long, slow caresses on my skin...especially a careful finger lightly and deliberately pulled along the bare surface of tender flesh
10. basking in the presence of my beloved friends

1.Standing on my deck watching the morning sun rise above the Chugach Mountains while listening to the birds singing in the trees around me.
2. Curling up with Elaina (our 17-yr. old cat) at night, the best part being he came to me voluntarily and wanted to snuggle!
3. Successful completion of a group rooming list. (work thing)
4. Reading a good joke a friend has emailed me.
5. Taking a break from work, stepping outside and enjoying the view of Ship Creek Valley and Mt. Susitna.
6. The moment Curtis walks through the door, after a long day at work.
7. The smell of garlic searing in olive oil.
8. Slipping in between clean sheets.
9. The scent of my perfume when freshly applied (lately this has been Boucheron's Trouble, how appropriate!)
10. The moment the sun hits my stained glass windows, caused colorful streams of light to come into the room.
Love ya babe - going on vacation Friday - Juneau, Skagway and Glacier Bay - I'll be kayaking with the whales on my Birthday! Don't know if I'll have much internet access while I'm gone, but I am taking the laptop with me. Be back Aug.2
