As I was running out of the house this morning I said to the cat, "I'm so glad you are meditating; I have not got the time for zazen right now, but you are definitely rowing this household closer to enlightenment. So thank you." The desk chair is covered with cat hair. She has been so diligent in her practice. She looked up and showed me her tummy.
