Today's goals:

1. Remain awake and aware of my grumpy, judgmental mood: notice, allow and still refrain from acting out.

2. Finish the evaluation section.

3. Move a little closer to meeting harmonious household goals.

4. Accept progress; let the urge for perfection pass by.

I feel better already: one of my students saw this and texted "Great big hugs and I am sending CALMING energy your way".

When I responded, "Thank you, darling. I appreciate it so much," he replied, "No problem: I need you happy and calm."

That's one very smart man, who clearly understands the concept of enlightened self-interest.

Now I'm amused.

You are perfect as you are now. Breathe deeply and feel your lungs expand to make room for air and when you expell push out the negative and judgemental. Write your day bigger and bigger with each moment. Wake and set your mood; use that as a touchstone to come back to in moments of stress and you will walk softly and smoothly through out your day.

Thank you for your earlier posts, sometimes I get so absorbed in my daily life that I forget I'm a Priestess too. It's conversations like the one we are having now that remind me.
