Waking up

Woke up this morning with that sort of queasy feeling, like I want to stay in bed and not re-enter the world. "What is that?" I wondered. "Oh yeah, FoV is starting up. I'm going to grow as a human being again. Oh no!" Then I thought, "No, it's cool, this is just the normal thing that happens when I grow. It will be alright."

Growing is good and scary and exciting and a necessary part of development. We have something that is definitely gonna make it work better than some. We have a good supportive and loving community to help us through it every day. I am proud to be 1 of many who is here to support you and especially The FOV community

My commitment is not wavering. I'm learning from my own knee-jerk responses---and this is simply a way of increasing my own agency.

When I understand what I am doing and why, it becomes something over which I can exercise choice. When I don't fully grasp what I do and why, I can't choose to so anything different.

The more I understand myself, the more power I reclaim
over myself.
