This is accurate. I am mostly Scorpio, with a soft obscuring overlay of Libra rising (charming, sweet, personable) and a Cancer moon (tender, nurturant and loving). It's always a shock for new friends to discover what's underneath that overlay. But having the protective coloration of two tender signs is very, very useful in the long run.
