May this day be beautiful, and may it be the beginning of a joyful (and relaxing)! year. Thank you for being such an important part of my growth, and for all the ways in which you are a good influence. I really, really appreciate that. You have helped me grow in many ways, and you ahve often brought me insight and inspiration.

Thank you, my friend.

Thank you bunny. Looking forward to finishing our conversation and hearing more about what you think of the cool WW tools! Also talking about mini-goals. Do you have your set? One of the boards I'm on has a constant challenge going. Right now it's from 1/1 - 2/15. My goal is to hit my 10% mark. That's only 4 more pounds to go! What's your current goal?

This is what I know so far: my biggest goal isn't focused purely on weight: it's about shifting habits and body mass. I expect my weight to go up for about 3 weeks before it goes down.

Over the fall, I lost a few pounds of fat and shifted my eating from crappy to moderately bad. i kept my cardio workouts at a low but steady pace but couldn't maintain weight training.

Now, I want to shift my eating from moderately bad to quite healthy, and add regular weights back in to my routine. I also want to take the cardio from 3X a week to 4-5x a week.

In terms of weight, I'm looking at a loss of about 10-12 lbs, while adding muscle to my frame.

So:

Goal 1 (a process goal): Learn to track again and incorporate it into my life so I remain awake and aware of my eating and exercising choices

Goal 2: (another process goal): Add consistent weights back into my routine

Goal 3: (an outcome goal) Drop 2 lbs on the scale within the next 3 weeks while being able to see a visible difference in added muscle mass in my arms and shoulders (where muscle shows up first on my body).

Goal 4: (a process & outcome goal) Start feeling physically GREAT most of the time!

Goal 5: keep on loving myself and my beautiful, happy body as it is *right now* and as it becomes through exercise and healthy eating :)
