Policy Changes

I've spent the last few days to a week thinking hard about the ways in which my personal, work and Craft lives---as I live them---compare to my values, beliefs and goals.

The gods have kindly pointed out some major points of discontinuity for me to examine at my leisure.

Thoughtfully, they have done so in multiple areas of my life at the same time, just to make easier for me to get the point(s).

As you can imagine, I've been relishing the process. :0

I'll be posting new sets of guidelines for my work with Blue Star and Craft students and colleagues, as well as new guidelines for my own behavior, sometime in the near future.

Yay.

You have such a graceful and amused way of talking about what I'm certain are rather challenging times! I hope the lessons are absorbed quickly and the wonderful opportunities to examine your discontinuity are resolved quickly. I look forward to reading your new guidelines.

Definitely keep me in that loop---I can use all the ideas I can get. Besides, your "guidelines" are better than anything I've seen as "gospel" lately. :)
