I didn't make any resolutions at the New Year. Instead, I spent seven weeks in November and December

rewriting book chapters
doing cardio 3X week
doing light weights 2-3x week, and
setting new career and financial intentions

So now it's 2008 and I've started

doing cardio 5x a week
training every body part 2X a week
and assembling the last chapters while I work on the new financial plan

I am hopeful for the coming year, and grateful for this happy life with my loves. My life is so blessed!
