It doesn't matter where you hear wise advice, or what topic the speaker is addressing. Wise advice can almost always be applied to any situation.

I'm currently applying the three sayings above to my work issues, a friendship issue and my health/fitness issues.

No matter how old I get, I notice that I still fight an old pattern of resisting positive change. At least now I can sometimes laugh about it and remember not to take myself too seriously---one of the gifts of Buddhist thinking.

No, no love: it's a local conflict. All is well between us as far as i know.

Your reminder inspired me to finally answer all my post-FSG email and LJ responses.

I will talk with Michael when he awakens as promised to confirm our plans.
