There are many of us here: Matty, Renee, Pandora, Jen, Michael, and Cat and Geo's family. We have populated the ICU waiting room. A little while ago Cat took Matty and Renee and I back to anoint Geo. Matty brought an agarwood oil that he used for Steven and his mother. He sang the Great Winds song. Renee blessed him with water [EDIT: it was actually mead in a water bottle]. Cat anointed his feet, groin, hands, heart and head and spoke the words of blessing. We all said good-bye.

Then his family came in, and Jen.

They took the ventilator tube out right afterwards, and now Cat and his family are with him. Pray now for a swift and easy passage for our bunny, my dears. A painless, swift, easy passage now.

I am comforted that the four of you were able to be with Geo to anoint and bless him, to sing to him, and to say farewell. I know that many of G's friends were with you in spirit.

hank you to all who are able to keep this difficult vigil. It is not pleasant to mark each breath, knowing the next may be the last. We as a community have learned so much about this awful part of life, and still have a ways to go. Thank you for being so strong and faithful.
