One of Michael's close friends is conducting a faux presidential campaign. He and his production team (including the lovely![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
shaminin) are using this medium to critique our conservative politico-religious system and they are employing the Christian language of 'the end times' and 'the rapture' with which to do it.
It's interesting work: the team is releasing one political "campaign ad" every week on YouTube from now until March.

The team is also maintaining a MySpace page for the Antichrist persona featured in the campaign. I don't have a link to that, butshaminin probably does.
They even have T-shirts and business cards. Both Michael and I have "Antichrist in '08" T-shirts; they are certainly conversation starters!
