It's a great day so far. I am blissfully unconcerned about the small amount of dissertation work I did this weekend. This is probably due to the prodigious amount of endorphins that have been released into my body, accompanied by a big seratonin peak.

I did a smart thing today. I set everything up last night (coffee, cat food can, workout clothes)and got up early this a.m. (6:30) and immediately got ready to work out. It was easy because everything was all set up. Then I DID NOT get on the computer, but instead drank coffee, fed the cats and went into my am workout right away. 90 minutes later I had warmed up, worked legs, back, abs and biceps, cooled down and stretched twice. And I felt fantastic.

There was even time to shower, dress and throw the ingredients for tonight's chowder into the crock pot before work.
