Mundane list of things to do today. Nothing interesting here. Strictly for accountability purposes.

1. legs, back and biceps bookended with WaterRower cardio

2. Keep vow-try for 1 hour on depth interview notes

3. Call Jeanette re: final move of boxes out of old office

4. Call Practice 23 to schedule MAP

5. Go to Practice 17 and do mini-MAP

6. Home and rest

7. Field notes

Emergency Field Plan if doldrums attempt to descend: 1. put on radio. 2. hop around wildly to music or wiggle, as best able, in car. 3. Repeat as necessary.

It is amazing how much the music helps lift my mood and equally amazing how often I forget that very simple pick-me-up. I go for long stretches without listening to music very often. But then when I was actually commuting to work every day and had a good 1/2 hour to listen and think with nothing else to do, it had a definite impact on my sanity level. I will do a sympathy un-doldrum dance for you later. :)
