Tomorrow's all day meeting at work will require that I post my genograms for each of my two practices. I've spent much of the latter part of today working with the Visio program to do so. It's a relief to have each one almost done: if I can arrive early enough tomorrow to get help with some of the connectors, I'll be ready.

I also need to make copies of my report for one practice and be ready to discuss it. I simply need to make copies for that one.

I wish today had been more successful in terms of producing typed notes, but several major tasks have been successfully completed. It'll be an early morning tomorrow---maybe 5 am---as I get some more typing in.

I haven't been on email or LJ much at all, between work, a trip to Starfire in DC to teach a class, important local matters and the time I've spent with Michael and Trent. I'm sorry if I've missed messages and/or tasks/requests for help; it's been a challenging balancing act---or rather, it's still a challenging balancing act. I'll do my best to catch up this week while still staying on top of work.

All the best to you, Sabrina

There are times, when you're juggling, that it's right and appropriate for you not to be available to others. I'm sure if there was anything really of an emergency nature, you would have dropped things to be there. It may be time for tne non-emergencies to be less of your priority and more the priority of other people.

Absolutely. It's not that other people don't matter, but that you actually do have a life, and it shouldn't be based solely on being at other folks' beck and call.
