Pact for the Day

1. I will make and drink coffee and feed the cats

2. I will EXERCISE so that I am fit to be around other human beings, cats and tomato plants without repelling them due to my black mood/hostility---30-45 minutes on the elliptical trainer in the am and 45-60 min. lower body in the pm/afternoon

3a. I will summarize CAM use by pre-HAART HIV+ white gay men in the early am

3b. I will call cat and MP in the late am and snivel pitifully on the phone .

4. I will eat a good lunch, possibly with Karen

5. I will summarize CAM use by post-HAART HIV+ individuals in the afternoon

6. I will add a 1-2 page statement of the problem to the opening of the chapter in the late afternoon

7. I will have a good dinner

8. I will use JF's summary of venerable medical anthropologists to create and tack on my own afterthought in the evening.

9a. Before bed, I will reward myself by writing my overview of chapters, and I will make myself sound like avery cool hip and impressive researcher.

9b. If I have made myself proud with my accomplishments, I will call seedmoon and say hello or leave a message reporting my progress in the evening.
