It was in Spring Mills. The fellow was asking about $250K. He was nearly ready to retire as a professional in the mortgage industry and he said to us as we toured, " I want to give somebody the chance I wish I had." He was offering it rent-to-own for the same price that we are paying now. "We'll put about $200 a month of the rent towards the total asking." But neither of us is working so we said, thanks, but we just can't. So sorry, just cause you find the right house doesn't mean you can get it. Want some of my stuff? Make some art dates.
