While I was in Oz, friends and beloveds wandered in and out of my head. I took photos and videos for some of them. Sadly, I can't upload the video I took for Stephanie, Kayla and Michael, but here are a few pictures.

The first night I showed up at Habitat HQ, the Melbourne hostel I discovered during my travels, I found that I had miscalculated and failed to book weekend accomodations. This was a problem---and it could have been a really big problem, except for the kind Irish girl---Maria---who found me panicking in the women's bathroom and helped me book a room above a pub down the street.

Yes! I just got Michael to admit that John Leguizamo is near unto a god (OK, Spic-o-Rama isn't my favorite, but Freak and Sexoholix  are truly wonderful).

We really went around and around about it, because he didn't actually know who John Leguizamo was, but once I pulled up a Freak video excerpt on YouTube and coaxed him into watching the Sexoholix 6-9 videos, we were on the same page.

I know many of my Blue Star peeps are big Eddie Izzard fans---and I do adore Eddie Izzard---but if you haven't given John Leguizamo a chance, you should check him out.
