It was a very concrete experience and it pulled me out of a bad place. You guys know what you are doing when you move energy, lucky for me. : )
I feel much more able to fully experience this day.
I also have a book to recommend: "The Wisdom of No Escape and the Path of Loving Kindness", by Pema Chodron.
It is a highly useful compendium of short talks that provide concrete and specific instructions about how to grow up and become a more powerful and mature human being. A big plus: it's very easy to understand and it "translates" useful concepts from Tibetan thought into terms and examples that are completely accessible to modern westerners.
It's a quick read, too, although like the Tao te Ching, it's a book one re-reads many times, in whole and in part.
