Surprise moment of happiness

Last night Michael drove for almost an hour to spend the 20 minutes I had to spare tucking me in. Then he drove back so that I could be sure to get a good night's sleep for this crazy, insane work week. Wow. I can't even wrap my mind around this kind of tenderness. Is this how people treat each other in relationships? I've always enjoyed this kind of loving care from my friends---because damn, I have the best luck in the world for attracting amazing and wonderful friends---but it's been *years* since I've experienced anything like this kind of loving care in a relationship.

Wow.

I feel deeply and incredibly lucky. This man is amazing. I am crazy about him. : )
