Got the Section on Social Capital Done

So the first half of Chapter 1 is done. Tomorrow I need to shape the 'Use of CAM (Complementary and Alternative Medicine)' section and tack on a short bit about blah blag blah Janzen, Chrisman, Rogler and Cortez, medical anthropologits blah blah...

I will lean heavily on the JF's medical anthro section in writing this final bit and I will cite her extensively. Why re-invent the wheel?

OK, half done. The plan: finish it tomorrow and give it to Sarah on Monday to edit and so she can tell me which bits are incoherent and need more explanation.

Now, I am stopping for the night.
