Writer's Block: Everything's coming up rabbits

I'm a Water Rabbit, and I fit the sign perfectly, except for one thing: water rabbits are supposed to be very delicate, tender and conflict avoidant. While that is absolutely true of me, it's not the whole truth. I lucked out in terms of my Western sign, and got the one that's hardest to kill or keep down: Scorpio, the phoenix.

So, while I will absolutely tremble and shake in the face of any significant challenge (Rabbit), I will also absolutely get myself up to meet it over and over again (Phoenix).

Hmm... I don't know. I've never really felt very attached to my sign. Some positive and negative aspects I just really don't see fitting me (rooster).

Though I will say there are a couple aspects I agree with and the fact that I'm yin and metal I can also see.

I think mostly it means I should look more into it. Discovering the immense amount of levels involved definitely peaked my curiosity some while ago.

How do you figure out that you are a Water Rabbit?

I am also a Rabbit, but my Earth horoscope is Taurus, so would I be an Earth Rabbit? Is there someplace specific I could look up my traits, or just combine the two?
